Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Tri-Care Prime Clients, you are allowed 8 sessions without a referral, although you do need to go to the Tri-Care office (or Patient Liaison Office) and ask them to send in the authorization for you.  If you have another form of Tri-Care, please check with the company to find out what you must do for your sessions to be covered, and what, if any, deductible you have. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, and PayPal accepted for payment. I am a Tri-Care Provider, so Tri-Care Prime bills are submitted for payment to Tri-Care by me.  

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
